Summary of Responsibilities

  • Review and route correspondence and maintain tracking tools
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and office procedures
  • Monitor workplan implementation, budgets, income and expenditure
  • Support missions, evaluations, contracts and procurement requests
  • Develop and report programme performance indicators
  • Coordinate meeting, seminar and workshop administration
  • Prepare travel requests, reservations, files and briefing materials

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma and training in administration and office automation
  • At least eight years of experience in a recognised public or private institution
  • Expert knowledge of Portuguese

Desired Criteria

  • Bac +2 in Administration and Office Automation
  • Experience with WHO or another UN agency and ERP-like systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of English or French
