Job Description
The Project Management Support Assistant supports the Crescer em Segurança project in Brazil through administrative and operational processing. The role maintains project tracking and records, coordinates travel, workshops, procurement and payments, prepares reports and meeting materials, and supports knowledge-sharing activities in line with UNOPS procedures and project requirements.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
- Maintain tracking tools for deliverables, contracts, travel, workshops and grants
- Prepare reports, briefings, presentations and meeting records
- Organise project documentation in electronic and physical files
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, catering and event logistics
- Process supporting documentation for procurement, payments and contract administration
- Support training, knowledge-sharing and project collaboration platforms
Role Requirements
- Secondary school with four years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree in a related field with no experience requirement
- Relevant experience in project management or related areas
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools and web-based management systems
- Fluent Portuguese
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting multisectoral public policies for children and adolescents
- Experience in project governance, violence prevention, drug policy or social inclusion
- Experience organising high-level events, coordinating institutions and preparing technical reports
- Experience in international academic or research environments
- Intermediate English
- Basic Spanish
