Job Description
The Project Management Support Associate supports UNODC's drug-use prevention work in Brazil by coordinating project planning, capacity-building and implementation activities. The role manages monitoring tools, documentation, reporting, procurement, travel and logistics, liaises with partners and service providers, and helps ensure compliant delivery under the NUPPi project.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support project planning, stakeholder engagement and capacity-building programmes
- Contribute to budgets, procurement processes, risk mitigation and project agreements
- Coordinate training, workshops and meetings including logistics and materials
- Maintain monitoring tools, progress trackers and risk registers
- Prepare, file and quality-assure project documentation, reports and meeting records
- Coordinate procurement, travel, transport, inventory and HR support activities
- Contribute to project-management learning, research and knowledge sharing
Role Requirements
- Secondary school with six years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree in a related field with two years
- Relevant experience in project-management support or related areas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and web-based management systems
- Experience managing files and preparing administrative documentation and correspondence
- Fluent Portuguese
