Job Description

Serve as an Arms Expert on the Security Council Panel of Experts concerning Haiti. The consultant investigates arms-embargo violations, analyses trafficking networks and arms transfers, develops evidence-based findings and recommendations, and contributes reports and briefings to the Sanctions Committee. The role coordinates investigative missions and exchanges with UN, regional and national partners while supporting the Panel's.
