Responsibilities
- Harmonize ammunition-storage instructions across Ministry of Defence departments
- Review technical and legal comments with designated ministry units
- Coordinate remotely with the OSCE international expert
- Amend instruction manuals in response to ministry feedback
- Coordinate terminology with legal and language services
- Consolidate and communicate ministry recommendations
- Prepare monthly workplan and progress reports
- Secure final ministry clearance for Tajik translation
Requirements
- University or equivalent military-institute degree in security or military affairs
- At least five years of military and security experience
- More than three years of small-arms and ammunition stockpile-management experience
- Excellent Tajik and Russian
- Experience liaising with senior law-enforcement and security agencies
