Responsibilities
- Support needs assessments for countering the financing of terrorism training programmes
- Develop and tailor training materials, slides, case studies and exercises on CFT
- Explain CFT concepts to law enforcement, policymakers, civil society and mixed audiences
- Provide expert input for thematic briefs, guides and OSCE publications
- Provide specialised operational assistance on CFT to government agencies
- Mentor and coach professionals working on countering the financing of terrorism
- Support consultations and dialogues involving civil society actors
- Adapt training content to regional or national contexts across OSCE areas
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in economics, finance, political science, law, security studies, international relations or a related CFT field, or relevant technical expertise
- At least seven years of relevant operational or policy experience in CFT-related areas
- Professional fluency in English with excellent writing skills
- Computer literacy with practical experience using Microsoft applications
- Willingness and ability to travel for specific assignments
