Consultant, Cybercrime Investigation and Digital Forensics

Designs and delivers scenario-based hackathon training for Ukrainian law-enforcement practitioners on CSAM investigations, OSINT, intelligence-led policing and digital forensics.

Department: OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine

• Design and deliver training hackathons on CSAM-related crime and human trafficking investigations
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration between field officers, investigators and prosecutors
• Conduct training on OSINT, intelligence-led policing, digital evidence handling and virtual asset tracing
• Support participants during hackathons and ensure appropriate investigative methods are applied
• Participate in team planning meetings before and during hackathon delivery
• Contribute to post-hackathon reporting, lessons learned, recommendations and participant outcomes

• First-level university degree in information technology, law, social science, criminology, cybersecurity analysis or a related field
• At least five years of experience in cyber investigation, digital forensics, criminal or intelligence analysis, or combating online child sexual exploitation
• Practical experience using digital investigation tools, OSINT, social media analysis, digital forensics or electronic evidence analysis
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes for law enforcement or relevant practitioners
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, policies and practices relevant to cyber investigation
• Professional fluency in Ukrainian
