Responsibilities
- Analyse normative, methodological and organisational requirements for the asset recovery course
- Advise on course structure, content, learning objectives, competencies and assessment methods
- Support development of the educational programme for the Law Enforcement Academy
- Provide expert support for training materials and case-based learning components
- Ensure the course aligns with institutional and methodological requirements
- Support the course development process through Educational and Methodological Council consideration
Requirements
- Kazakhstan nationality or permanent residency
- University degree in law, finance, public administration or a related field
- Work experience in law enforcement agencies, asset recovery agencies, financial supervisory authorities or prosecution authorities
- Certification in AML/CFT and financial crime investigation, with capacity-building credentials in operational analysis, combating terrorism financing, cross-border mutual legal assistance and anti-corruption strategies
- Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills
- Fluency in Russian and/or Kazakh
- Computer literacy with practical experience using Microsoft applications
