Job Description
Manages UN Women's Women, Peace and Humanitarian Fund portfolio in Ethiopia, supporting grants, programme design, delivery, monitoring and reporting. The analyst works with civil-society partners, the WPHF Secretariat and national steering structures to strengthen women-led humanitarian action, gender-responsive policy engagement, resource mobilisation and accountable results across the peace, security and humanitarian nexus.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support WPHF programme design and calls for proposals
- Lead implementation and monitoring of WPSHA activities
- Coordinate partner proposal reviews, capacity assessments and reporting
- Train partners on results-based management
- Monitor programme budgets, results and financial reporting
- Prepare donor documentation, briefs and advocacy products
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field or first-level degree plus additional qualifying experience
- At least 2 years of experience in programme implementation, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, donor reporting or capacity building
- Fluency in English
- Experience using office, spreadsheet, database and web-based management systems
Desired Criteria
- Experience in gender equality, women's empowerment and WPSHA
- Experience liaising with government agencies or donors
- Knowledge of legal and policy instruments on violence against women and girls
- Project or programme management certification
- Knowledge of another official UN language
