Supports the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund in Sudan by coordinating partner delivery, budgets, monitoring, reporting and capacity development. The analyst strengthens programmes for women-led civil-society organisations while contributing to resource mobilisation, advocacy and inter-agency alignment.

• Contribute technical inputs to WPHF programme strategies, proposals and initiatives
• Coordinate implementation, workplans, budgets and partner calls for proposals
• Review partner financial and narrative reports and train partners in results-based management
• Monitor programme activities, results, indicators and responsible-partner delivery
• Track expenditures, revise budgets and contribute to financial and donor reporting
• Support partnerships, resource mobilisation and inter-agency coordination
• Develop advocacy, communications and knowledge-management products
• Oversee Programme Associates and Assistants as needed

• Master’s degree or equivalent with two years of experience, or first-level university degree with four years
• At least two years of progressively responsible programme or project-support experience
• Experience supporting programme implementation, coordination and partner engagement
• Experience working with civil-society organisations, including women-led organisations and networks
• Experience organising and supporting training, workshops or advocacy initiatives
• Experience monitoring programme activities and contributing to reports
• Fluency in English and the local language

• Project or programme management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP
• Experience working in fragile, conflict or humanitarian contexts
