Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate assigned project components against work plans, results frameworks and budgets
- Support technical quality assurance for studies, tools, reports and partner deliverables
- Coordinate delivery of municipal pilots, workshops, studies and partner assignments
- Facilitate consultations, technical meetings, co-design processes and peer exchanges
- Document results, risks, lessons and corrective actions for adaptive management
- Prepare technical inputs for budgets, procurement, contracting and reporting
- Support policy dialogue, knowledge products and communication materials
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in Political Studies, Economics, Business or Public Administration, Social Science, International Development or a related field
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field plus two additional years of qualifying experience as an alternative to a master’s degree
- Fluency in English and Armenian
Desired Criteria
- Experience with government institutions, municipalities, civil society, private-sector actors, academia or international organisations
- Experience coordinating development projects or multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience in circular economy, climate action, municipal development, green or digital transformation
- Experience with systems thinking, portfolio approaches, living labs, co-design or results-based management
- Prior UN or UNDP experience
