Responsibilities
- Develop and update pavilion workplans, timelines, budgets, staffing plans and risk logs
- Coordinate design, installation, operation and maintenance inputs with Expo teams and service providers
- Organize pavilion events, exhibits, schedules, visitor services and partner participation
- Align programming and contributions across participating United Nations entities
- Build partnerships with Serbian authorities, diplomatic missions, civil society, academia and private-sector actors
- Coordinate communications, digital content, media materials and public visibility
- Prepare progress, financial and operational reports and maintain the project repository
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant management, policy, communications or social-science field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with a master’s degree, or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience coordinating complex processes involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines and operational requirements
- Excellent written and spoken Serbian and English
