Overview
Supports ReLOaD3 youth-policy delivery in Montenegro by coordinating local action plans, grassroots participation, municipal partnerships, capacity development and field monitoring. The role advances youth engagement, social cohesion and gender-responsive local policymaking while sharing lessons across the Western Balkans.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate grassroots participation in local youth-policy design and implementation
- Support working groups to develop and finalize local Youth Action Plans
- Facilitate workshops, training, technical assistance and youth events
- Manage consultants, procurement and project documentation for the youth component
- Build partnerships with municipalities, civil society, institutions and young people
- Monitor field activities and strengthen inter-municipal learning
- Share knowledge and lessons across Western Balkan country offices
- Mainstream gender equality throughout youth policies, activities and products
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in political science, social science, economics or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of experience
- Bachelor’s-degree applicants require at least two years of youth-policy project coordination experience
- Understanding of local-government political, administrative and institutional structures in Montenegro
- Advanced office-software, spreadsheet and database skills
- English and Montenegrin fluency
