Protection Digitalization Program Officer

ICRC seeks a Programme Officer in Belgrade to support governance and product management for the Protection Digitalisation Ecosystem, maintain programme documentation and reporting, monitor roadmaps, backlogs, risks, actions and capacity, assure project-data quality, capture lessons and coordinate meetings and follow-up.

Department: Protection Digitalisation Ecosystem Program

• Maintain programme charters, business cases and decision logs
• Support roadmaps, backlogs, releases and Agile reporting
• Consolidate project data and perform quality checks
• Track risks, issues, actions and resource capacity
• Maintain programme knowledge and coordinate meetings

• Three to five years of project or portfolio-management support experience
• Experience supporting digital transformation, IT or business-change projects
• Project documentation and governance-material experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Serbian citizenship or a valid personal work permit

• Hybrid model requires at least three office days per week
• Open only to Serbian citizens or personal work-permit holders
