Job Description
This Young Professionals Program role will embed applied research, data science and AI in World Bank operations to improve public-policy decisions. The participant will design experiments, build predictive models and data applications, support learning engagements and translate evidence into decision-oriented products, while collaborating with governments, researchers and operational teams.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Design applied research in World Bank operations

Role Requirements
- A minimum of a master’s degree in economics, public policy, computer science, data science, statistics, machine learning, engineering, quantitative social science, or a closely related field
- 2-6 years of relevant professional experience in applied research, data science or related areas
- Proficiency in Python, R, Stata, and/or SQL
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of other languages may be an advantage
