Urban-development Young Professional supporting diagnostics, land and housing work, and data-driven operations for client countries. The role applies geospatial analytics, remote sensing and digital tools to urban planning and resilience, develops evidence products and practical guidance, and helps teams scale inclusive, context-sensitive solutions for rapidly urbanizing cities and local gover.

• Prepare urban diagnostics and analytical evidence for operations
• Support land administration, housing and spatial planning projects
• Develop geospatial tools, maps and dashboards for urban diagnostics
• Apply digital technologies and AI to urban development challenges

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English

• Experience working in developing country contexts or with multilateral institutions or government clients is an advantage
• Exposure to AI or machine learning applications in urban or development contexts is highly desirable
• Experience with data collection platforms, dashboard development, or digital tool design is an asset
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
