Job Description
The UN Women Regional Programme Specialist leads a Latin America and Caribbean care-economy project advancing women’s economic autonomy. Based in Panama City, the P-4 manages regional and country implementation, partnerships, resource mobilization, technical advice, monitoring and donor reporting; strengthens care systems; and produces evidence, learning and advocacy on unpaid care work.

- Lead regional care-project implementation

Role Requirements
- Relevant master’s degree
- Seven years of gender-equality programme experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Experience in other regions is desirable
- Experience in developing countries within UN agencies, funds or programmes is desirable
- Oracle Cloud or another modern web-based ERP-system experience is desirable
