Job Description
Provides regional technical support to strengthen evidence-based advocacy and social and behaviour change for assistive technology across Pacific Island countries. The consultant will develop inclusive tools and strategies, convene stakeholders and produce accessible public goods that improve awareness, reduce stigma and support equitable access for children with disabilities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop behavioural evidence to inform assistive technology advocacy
- Co-develop advocacy and social behaviour change tools for diverse stakeholders
- Facilitate inclusive consultations with governments, organisations of persons with disabilities and partners
- Produce accessible communication materials and practical regional outputs
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social and behaviour change, communication, public health, disability inclusion, international development, social sciences or a related field
- At least five years of experience designing and implementing advocacy, communication or social and behaviour change initiatives including disability inclusion
- English is required
Desired Criteria
- Experience applying reasonable accommodation and inclusive facilitation techniques
- Pacific regional experience or experience in disability, education, child rights or health programmes
