Job Description
This remote consultancy will strengthen UNICEF’s strategic advocacy and communications support for regional priorities. The consultant will develop, coordinate, document and amplify regional and country-level visibility and advocacy, bringing communications, knowledge-management, partnership coordination and donor-reporting expertise to work on development and humanitarian priorities, particularly water, sanitation and climate-change issues.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop strategic advocacy and communications support for regional priorities
- Coordinate regional and country-level advocacy and visibility activities
- Document advocacy and partnership work
- Amplify regional and country-level advocacy
- Produce communications and advocacy materials for external and internal audiences
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, knowledge management, international development, partnership management or a related field
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in communications, advocacy, knowledge management or partnership management
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Familiarity with UNICEF branding and content strategies
- Experience working with UN agencies
- Previous work on water scarcity, WASH or climate-change advocacy
