The intern manages digital content, researches private- and public-sector partnerships, prepares Unstereotype Alliance and Women’s Empowerment Principles materials, coordinates events and drafts speeches and presentations.

Responsibilities
- Support social-media outreach and website management
- Research partnership and resource-mobilisation opportunities
- Prepare background notes and partnership materials
- Draft visibility resources for the Unstereotype Alliance Japan chapter
- Support Women’s Empowerment Principles advocacy and workshops
- Create flyers, posters, videos, interviews and presentations
- Coordinate advocacy with public, private and academic partners
- Research and draft speeches and presentations for the director
Requirements
- Ability to plan and organise events
- Ability to translate between English and Japanese
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to work across cultures
