PPH Associate

UNHCR seeks a Private Partnerships and Philanthropy Associate in The Hague to support corporate, foundation and major-donor fundraising through reporting, proposals, campaigns, events, communications, donor briefings, due diligence, CRM administration and partnership stewardship across the Netherlands.

• Coordinate fundraising administration, CRM data, finance support and monthly and quarterly reporting
• Develop proposals and external reports for donors and prospects
• Support private-philanthropy campaigns and organize donor events
• Prepare and disseminate high-quality communications for corporate, foundation and major-donor audiences
• Apply UNHCR due-diligence screening processes to potential collaborations
• Prepare donor meetings, briefings, talking points, presentations and follow-up materials

• Secondary education, with a relevant university qualification considered an asset
• At least three years of relevant experience, or two years with a relevant bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree
• Experience supporting private-sector donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship in the Netherlands
• Knowledge of the Dutch fundraising and private-philanthropy environment
• Fluent Dutch and English

• The full-time role is 37.5 hours weekly, with a possible minimum 80 percent arrangement
• The published gross monthly salary range is EUR 4,747 to EUR 5,670
