Responsibilities
- Develop funding proposals, concept notes, briefings and donor analysis
- Support delivery of country-office fundraising targets and resource-mobilisation plans
- Guide proposal development and related grant-management processes
- Coordinate donor visibility and recognition commitments with communications colleagues
- Gather, consolidate and edit contribution reports
- Assure donor submissions meet deadlines, quality and branding standards
- Identify partnership and fundraising opportunities through research
- Analyse programme evidence for donor communications and strategic decisions
Requirements
- Background in development studies, international development, law, business administration, programme management or another relevant field
- Experience developing proposals, donor reports, presentations and briefing materials
- Knowledge of resource-mobilisation and grant-management processes
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and donor requirements
- Strong analytical and writing capability
- Fluency in English
