Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies for CERN projects
- Identify, qualify, cultivate and steward prospective and current donors
- Plan and conduct donor meetings, events and engagement experiences
- Research foundation opportunities and prepare proposals and reports
- Track and report fundraising performance and partnership impact
- Coordinate donor agreements and reporting with internal teams
- Produce communications materials for fundraising purposes
- Support donor and partnership due-diligence processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in fundraising, international relations or a related field
- Demonstrated fundraising, grants-management, donor-reporting and stewardship experience in a nonprofit context
- Ability to meet financial targets and manage multiple projects
- Spoken and written English
- Nationality of a CERN Member State or eligible Associate Member State
