Overview
Supports UNRWA’s REPAC infrastructure and rehabilitation project by monitoring budgets, schedules, construction quality and results. The officer coordinates donor compliance and reporting, develops communication and visibility materials, manages community outreach and identifies corrective action across the project cycle.

Responsibilities
- Support daily delivery of infrastructure, rehabilitation and environmental and social project components
- Monitor budgets, plans and timelines and recommend corrective measures
- Conduct field monitoring visits and assure project quality
- Develop project communication, community-awareness and donor-visibility materials
- Coordinate with ministries, headquarters departments, donors and stakeholders
- Track project results against targets and escalate deviations
- Identify good practices, lessons learned and improvement opportunities
- Compile data and prepare progress and ad-hoc reports
Requirements
- University degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations, Communications or another relevant field
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in programme or project management, monitoring and evaluation, administration or a related field
- At least two continuous years of relevant international experience outside UNRWA and outside the country or countries of citizenship
- English at UN Level III in reading, writing, listening and speaking
