Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the communication channel for an assigned group of online volunteers
- Coordinate reminders, information sharing and participation throughout the UniLeague campaign
- Answer volunteer questions and escalate content, monitoring or access issues to UNV focal points
- Encourage peer review and support so public content follows campaign and safeguarding guidance
- Verify monitoring sheets, public-post links and engagement data
- Consolidate participation and engagement results for the organising team
- Submit a concise post-campaign report covering achievements, challenges and lessons
Requirements
- Prior experience in volunteer coordination, youth leadership, community mobilisation, campaigning, advocacy or social-issue engagement in Indonesia
- Organisational, coordination and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to motivate and support diverse groups of volunteers
- Writing and communication skills in English or Indonesian
- Indonesian language proficiency
