Nutrition Social Behaviour Change and Knowledge Management Consultant

Provides strategic and technical support to UNICEF Nigeria’s nutrition programme across social and behaviour change, advocacy, youth and media engagement, donor visibility and knowledge management, helping partners strengthen communication and mobilise support for maternal and child nutrition outcomes.

• Develop communication, advocacy and social and behaviour change support for the nutrition programme
• Coordinate youth, community, media and stakeholder engagement across programme teams
• Produce donor-recognition materials, case studies, success stories and multimedia content
• Strengthen programme documentation, knowledge management and evidence sharing
• Support monitoring and evaluation of communication and engagement activities
• Collaborate with government, UN, civil-society, media and development partners

• Advanced university degree in Communication, Journalism, Social and Behaviour Change, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, International Development, Public Policy, Mass Communication or a related field
• At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in advocacy, communication, social mobilisation, community engagement, social and behaviour change, youth engagement, media relations, knowledge management or documentation

• Office-based consultancy for four months
