Leads strategic communications and advocacy for Brazil's Fazendo Justiça programme, translating complex justice and human-rights work into accessible multimedia content, managing press and editorial workflows, supporting events and using performance evidence to strengthen institutional narratives.

Department: Fazendo Justiça Programme Communications Team

• Produce original articles, releases, interviews, video scripts, social cards and infographics
• Translate technical justice content into accessible strategic narratives
• Develop internal reports, executive bulletins and institutional presentations
• Plan communications for national and regional events and training activities
• Manage press relations, media monitoring and institutional positioning
• Develop advocacy strategies and engage influential stakeholders
• Oversee editorial, translation, design and publication workflows
• Track communications indicators and report performance insights

• Completed secondary education
• At least seven years of institutional communications experience with secondary education, or four years with a university degree
• Experience producing content, supporting outreach, engaging stakeholders and communications work in public or private organisations
• Experience using information technology and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Portuguese
