Responsibilities
- Develop the VASS knowledge-management strategy and workplan
- Coordinate content and partnerships for the Knowledge Portal on Volunteerism
- Improve systems for capturing evidence and measuring knowledge uptake
- Produce analytical notes, research summaries, think pieces and blogs
- Plan dissemination, policy dialogue and knowledge events for flagship research
- Develop marketing strategies and multimedia products for knowledge initiatives
- Support data collection, analysis and presentations for research teams
- Provide helpdesk support and quality assurance for regional knowledge products
Requirements
- Master's degree in information science, knowledge management, research or communications, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of relevant experience with a master's degree or seven years with a bachelor's degree in research and knowledge management
- Demonstrated experience applying research methodologies
- Fluency in English
