Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidential physical and electronic ethics records and databases
  • Manage case intake, logs, files and follow-up actions
  • Produce statistical reports, tables and review materials
  • Research ethics standards, case law and UN-system practices
  • Support declarations of interest and mandated annual reporting
  • Develop digital outreach, training materials, intranet content and chatbot updates
  • Serve as an initial contact for staff engaging with the Ethics function

Requirements

  • University degree in ethics, law, employee relations, compliance or a related field
  • Administrative-support, data-management and case-file-management experience
  • Microsoft Office, database and emerging-technology proficiency
  • Fluent English with excellent professional writing ability
