Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential physical and electronic ethics records and databases
- Manage case intake, logs, files and follow-up actions
- Produce statistical reports, tables and review materials
- Research ethics standards, case law and UN-system practices
- Support declarations of interest and mandated annual reporting
- Develop digital outreach, training materials, intranet content and chatbot updates
- Serve as an initial contact for staff engaging with the Ethics function
Requirements
- University degree in ethics, law, employee relations, compliance or a related field
- Administrative-support, data-management and case-file-management experience
- Microsoft Office, database and emerging-technology proficiency
- Fluent English with excellent professional writing ability
