Communications Associate (PSA)

Builds communications and knowledge-mobilisation capacity for Mozambique's climate-finance directorate, creating accessible products, training government counterparts and tracking reach, indicators and institutional knowledge for UNU-WIDER's FORÇA project.

Department: UNU-WIDER

• Support the DNFC communications strategy and knowledge-mobilisation plan
• Draft policy briefs, reports, newsletters, presentations and analytical products
• Train and mentor government staff in communication and dissemination practices
• Track communication indicators, outputs and audience reach
• Maintain repositories, version control and documentation for project knowledge
• Prepare reporting materials for donors, steering meetings and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in communications, international development, economics, social sciences or a related field
• Four years of experience in communications, monitoring and evaluation or project support
• Experience drafting reports and communication materials
• Experience supporting monitoring and reporting processes
• Experience organising documentation or knowledge systems
• Fluent English and Portuguese
