Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities in Quantum under UN and UNU rules
- Prepare quarterly HST refund reports, VAT exemption requests, budget modifications and spending monitoring inputs
- Support procurement from requisition to delivery and payment while maintaining supplier and asset records
- Manage travel requests and claims in UNALL and Quantum, including documentation, authorisations and policy support
- Provide HR administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, contract administration and personnel management
- Manage consulting, service-contract and affiliate administration, including renewals and onboarding
- Coordinate office operations, document management, correspondence, meetings, workshops, facilities and supplies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or public administration, accounting, finance, economics, social sciences or fields related to the role
- Four years of post-bachelor’s experience or six years of post-high-school experience in human resources, finance or administration support
- Knowledge of HR policies and their application in the employment life cycle
- Experience processing payments and financial processes
- Experience processing travel requests and travel cost reimbursements
- Experience in procurement and vendor registration and management
- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Personnel Service Agreement contract for an initial one year, renewable subject to requirements and satisfactory performance
- PSA contract duration with UNU may not exceed six years
