Job Description
Provides specialist advice to the TADAT Secretariat on strengthening tax-administration performance and reform. The role develops and delivers assessor training, sets quality standards, reviews diagnostic assessments and contributes to research, guidance and communications. It also advances responsible use of digital technologies and AI across the Secretariat’s analytical, knowledge and operational work.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute to implementation of the TADAT initiative
- Develop and deliver assessor and non-assessor training
- Establish quality standards and review TADAT assessment reports
- Participate in research to update the TADAT tool
- Prepare guidance and communication materials
- Implement responsible AI-enabled improvements to analytical and knowledge-management work
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree or equivalent in taxation, economics, accounting, law or business administration with at least four years of tax-administration or revenue-authority experience
- Sound understanding of tax-administration performance management and measurement
- Experience delivering tax or revenue-administration technical assistance to other countries
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Five or more years of experience supporting eligibility as a TADAT assessor
- Prior participation in TADAT training and assessments
- Experience in project implementation
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian or Arabic
