Job Description
WFP seeks a Supply Chain Officer in East Jerusalem to coordinate on-demand services. The consultant will manage demand assessment, agreements and delivery; maintain data systems; guide clients using the UN Booking Hub; monitor stock and inventory; support field offices and budgets; reconcile grants; assess logistics gaps; build capacity; and strengthen relationships.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-demand-service processes from assessment to delivery
- Manage ODS data systems, trackers and procedures
- Guide clients on the UN Booking Hub
- Monitor stock movements and inventory systems
- Support area and field offices
- Prepare and monitor delivery budgets
- Reconcile non-donor grants
- Assess logistics gaps and build partner capacity
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in transport economics, supply chain, logistics, engineering, business management or related field
- At least three years of postgraduate supply-chain or logistics experience
- Experience in operational-context analysis, budget monitoring, reporting and project management
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Intermediate Arabic knowledge
- Freight-forwarding, warehousing, inventory or contracting experience
