Job Description
UNDP seeks a UN Volunteer Programme and Supply Chain Coordinator to provide oversight of TB, HIV and malaria programmes across Darfur. Based in El Geneina, the role coordinates implementation and supply chains, monitors services and data quality, supports training, manages risks, works with government and partners, and helps maintain access to essential commodities in conflict-affected areas.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate TB, HIV and malaria programme planning and oversight across Darfur
- Facilitate review meetings, stakeholder platforms and field supervision visits
- Monitor implementing partners, service providers and security conditions
- Support programme recording, reporting, training, data validation and quality assessments
- Lead supply-chain planning, logistics coordination and commodity distribution
- Monitor supply-chain reporting, compliance, risks and corrective actions
- Maintain mapping of facilities and their service and supply-chain status
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive relevant experience in programme management, supply-chain management, operations or monitoring and evaluation
- Experience supporting programmes and operations in conflict-affected areas
- Experience working with government, NGOs, CSOs, UN entities and development partners
- Strong knowledge of sub-national health-programme implementation
- Experience assessing programme or supply-chain performance and writing reports and presentations
- Field experience and knowledge of the Darfur context and actors relevant to TB, HIV and malaria services
- The UN Volunteer must already live in Darfur
Desired Criteria
- Experience in the public-health sector or a national disease programme
