Based in Phnom Penh, the Business Support Associate provides operational and administrative coordination across procurement, contracting, logistics, inventory and vendor management. The post maintains supply-chain information systems, analyses performance data and supports planning, compliance, risk management and stakeholder coordination to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of goods and services for WFP Cambodia.

• Coordinate supply chain operations across procurement, logistics and distribution
• Manage sourcing, tendering and vendor performance
• Oversee inventory, shipment tracking and customs clearance
• Maintain supply chain systems and analyse operational data
• Support budget monitoring, audit readiness and risk mitigation
• Coordinate stakeholders and supervise support staff as required

• Open to Cambodian nationals only
• Completion of secondary education
• Post-secondary certificate in supply chain, logistics, procurement, business administration or a related field
• Fluency in English and Khmer

• Experience in supply and demand planning and end-to-end supply chain operations
• Experience conducting market assessments and supplier evaluations
• Experience using ERP systems and reporting tools
• Experience in KPI tracking and management reporting
