Supports WFP supply-chain operations in Ecuador by managing procurement, logistics and vendor information needed for humanitarian assistance. The role tracks budgets and inventory, prepares transport and purchasing documentation, consolidates supply-chain reports, supports market research and supplier qualification, and helps ensure compliant, efficient delivery of goods and services to operational teams.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support supply-chain operations using standard processes
- Monitor budgets and inventory-management processes
- Process logistics documentation and resolve operational issues
- Prepare transport requests, purchase orders and receipt documentation
- Support supplier qualification, market research and monthly CBT and CVT reconciliations
- Consolidate information for supply-chain reports and transport-committee meetings
Role Requirements
- At least four years of experience in similar positions
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- At least B2 oral and written English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Desired Criteria
- University degree in business administration, economics, international business, logistics, industrial engineering or a related field
- Experience with institutional systems, data analysis, reporting and provider performance indicators
