Job Description
Supports WFP Mauritania’s Digital and IT Operations team through an internship in Nouakchott. The intern provides user support, assists with ICT equipment deployment and virtual events, tracks incidents and assets, collects and analyses data, develops dashboards and workflows, documents procedures, and promotes cybersecurity and data-protection practices across the country office.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to country-office users
- Assist deployment and maintenance of ICT equipment
- Support virtual meetings and videoconferencing
- Track incidents, network performance and ICT assets
- Collect, clean and consolidate data
- Create reports, dashboards and digital tools
- Document procedures and raise cybersecurity awareness
Role Requirements
- Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment in computer science, information technology, data science, information systems, computer engineering or related field; or recent graduate
- French fluency and good English knowledge
- Computer and ICT support knowledge
