Digital Impact Officer

Keeps UNICEF Madagascar’s ICT environment reliable and accessible so programme and operational teams can work effectively. The officer maintains core infrastructure and digital services, provides user support and capacity building, and helps deliver secure, practical ICT solutions that strengthen office operations, knowledge management and results for children.

• Enable continuous operation of ICT infrastructure and accessibility to ICT solutions and services
• Provide help, support and assist with capacity building and knowledge management
• Support ICT operational and administrative tasks for the office
• Assist in delivery of ICT-enabled results for UNICEF programmes and operations

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration or a related social science field
• At least one year of professional experience in information technology management and business operations in a large international organization or corporation
• Fluency in French and intermediate knowledge of English

• ITIL foundation certificate in IT service management
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in a UN organization
• Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
