Supports UNICEF Uzbekistan’s digital-impact strategy through specialized ICT systems work, including desktop administration, connectivity and server operations. The associate installs and configures system components, orients users, maintains technical documentation and processes service requests so that UNICEF can deliver secure, sustainable and responsible digital outcomes for children.

• Administer desktops, connectivity and server operations for UNICEF ICT systems
• Install and routinely configure ICT system components
• Orient users on ICT systems and services
• Maintain technical and user documentation
• Serve as focal point for receiving and processing user requests

• Secondary education
• At least six years of relevant ICT, IT support, systems administration, network administration or cybersecurity experience
• Fluent or proficient English and Uzbek
• Intermediate or fluent Russian

• Professional or university courses in information technology
• Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
