WFP seeks an IT Portfolio Manager in Rome to oversee transformation projects. The consultant will track the portfolio in ServiceNow, monitor business cases, risks, schedules, costs and benefits, coordinate stakeholders, report to governance committees, support issue resolution, communicate progress, and capture lessons for organizational investment oversight.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee digital-transformation portfolio projects
- Build and track portfolio data in ServiceNow
- Monitor scope, schedules, costs and benefits
- Track benefit realization and application decommissioning
- Report portfolio performance to senior governance
- Coordinate project-management-office objectives
- Resolve technical and functional issues
- Capture and apply lessons learned
Role Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, information technology or related field
- At least eight years of project-management experience, ideally in IT projects
- Portfolio and project-management methodology knowledge including Agile and Scrum
- IT background or solid IT knowledge
Desired Criteria
- Project-management certification
- Experience managing multi-vendor projects
