Job Description
Leads technical support for National Adaptation Plan projects in Panama and El Salvador and contributes expertise across UNEP’s Latin America and Caribbean NAP portfolio. The consultant guides adaptation planning, coordination and private-sector engagement, tracks results and lessons, supports climate-finance approaches, and provides technical advice to implementing partners, government counterparts and regional project teams.

Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
