Job Description
Supports Immigration and Border Governance projects in Guinea through operational and administrative coordination. The role plans and monitors activities, budgets and partner delivery; prepares project reporting and operational documentation; convenes government, law-enforcement and development stakeholders; and strengthens border-authority capacity, project design and resource-mobilisation work.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor Immigration and Border Governance project activities
- Compile and analyse project information to highlight issues for relevant parties
- Monitor budget implementation and propose adjustments
- Coordinate administrative requests, clearances and follow-up with organisational units and external parties
- Draft status reports, briefing notes, correspondence and project documentation
- Organise meetings, workshops and capacity-building sessions for border authorities
- Maintain liaison with authorities, partners, United Nations agencies, donors and implementing stakeholders
- Monitor implementing-partner compliance and support new project and standard-operating-procedure development
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, social science, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or a related field with four years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with six years
- Experience liaising with governmental authorities, national and international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organisations
- Fluency in French and English

- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organisations, non-governmental or government institutions in a multicultural setting
