Job Description
IOM seeks a Senior Information Management Associate in Kyiv to support its MSDL and Transition and Recovery units. The associate will administer databases, automate data processing and reporting workflows, validate and analyse data, maintain collection tools, produce dashboards and maps, protect confidential programme information, and strengthen capacity for field teams.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and administer databases and information systems for MSDL and TRU activities
- Build automated data-processing and reporting workflows
- Perform data cleaning, validation and quality-assurance protocols
- Maintain digital data-collection tools using KOBO and similar platforms
- Draft reports, dashboards, maps and information products
- Safeguard data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with protection standards
- Coordinate data submission, reporting, backup and archiving procedures
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, information technology, computer science, geographic information systems or a related field with four years of relevant experience
- High school diploma with six years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
Desired Criteria
- Experience in GIS or spatial visualisation
- Experience with UN or international organisations in cash-based activities
