Job Description
Supports UNICEF's emergency and field operations in Ukraine by strengthening humanitarian information management for clusters, area-of-responsibility structures and sub-national coordination. The Officer designs data systems, improves shared data quality and interoperability, expands reporting, and builds partners' technical capacity to generate evidence for coordinated response decisions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and develop databases and information systems for humanitarian coordination
- Manage information quality control and interoperability across coordination structures
- Improve information dissemination and humanitarian reporting
- Provide capacity building and technical support to clusters and sub-national structures
- Generate evidence for coordinated humanitarian response decisions
- Coordinate inter-agency data work with the OCHA IM Unit and Data Coordination Group
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in geography, statistics, computer science, information systems, engineering, geographic information science, information technology or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in information management, data management, data analysis, geospatial analysis, humanitarian coordination, monitoring and evaluation, needs assessment, capacity building or data visualisation
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian
