Job Description
WFP seeks a consultant in Aden to lead operational information management and performance reporting for Yemen. The consultant will produce reports, dashboards and briefs; manage OIM personnel; analyse humanitarian developments; coordinate information flows and reporting quality; improve OIM products and workflows; support donor reporting; and strengthen staff information-management capacity.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead production of operational information-management products
- Manage and support Country Office OIM staff
- Draft analytical content for programme design, decisions and advocacy
- Analyse political, humanitarian and policy developments
- Collect and synthesize information from internal and external sources
- Coordinate information flows, reporting processes and quality assurance
- Improve OIM products, tools, systems, processes and workflows
- Support donor reporting, proposals and staff capacity development
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in international relations, political science, economics, statistics, information management, journalism, business management, social sciences or a relevant field
- At least three years of postgraduate professional experience in humanitarian development, information management or reporting
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Intermediate knowledge of Arabic
