Job Description
Provides leadership for WFP Yemen’s cash-based transfers and identity-management work in Aden. The consultant strengthens beneficiary registration, identity systems and targeting; supports cash-transfer delivery; analyses data quality and vulnerability information; coordinates partners; develops guidance and capacity; and ensures accountable use of digital systems to reach vulnerable people.

Role Requirements
- University or advanced degree in international relations, political or economic science, business administration, computer and information systems or related field
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience including 3 years in identity management or cash-based transfers
- English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with SCOPE, beneficiary registration systems, data cleanup exercises, and vulnerability targeting methodologies is highly desirable
