• Strengthen ecosystem partnerships for youth livelihoods
• Drive government engagement for scale-up of livelihood models
• Identify and build partnerships for scalable livelihood models
• Develop an outcome-based financing approach
• Facilitate partnerships within government systems
• Support sustainable livelihood opportunities for young people

• Master’s degree in public policy, economics, rural development, international development or a related field
• At least ten years of livelihoods or rural-development programme experience, including five years of leadership and consulting experience in government partnerships or policy engagement
• Fluency in English

• Experience with central or state government entities
• Large-scale rural development or livelihood programme experience
• Experience with multilateral or bilateral institutions
