Job Description
UNICEF seeks a Partnerships Manager to lead NEST, a multi-stakeholder partnership advancing early childhood development in East Asia and the Pacific. Reporting to APRO’s Partnerships Manager, the role translates strategy into funded and measurable action, drives resource mobilisation, coordinates workstreams and partners, establishes governance, and ensures timely, high-quality delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and operationalise the NEST partnership
- Translate strategic priorities into funded, coordinated and measurable actions
- Drive resource mobilisation and external engagement
- Coordinate NEST workstreams, partners and secretariat functions
- Ensure governance, financial oversight and timely reporting
Role Requirements
- Master degree in social science, public administration, international development, project or programme management, organizational development or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in programme management, partnership coordination, secretariat leadership or similar roles
- Proficiency in English
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
- Country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
