Job Description
IOM seeks a Geneva-based Head of Partnerships and Pipeline Unit to lead private-sector fundraising performance and convert high-value corporate and foundation opportunities into income. The role oversees pipeline tools, forecasts, donor portfolios, due diligence and reporting; coaches fundraisers and offices; strengthens proposals and partnership strategy; and manages staff, workplans and budgets.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead global private-sector fundraising pipeline performance and income-target delivery
- Advance high-value corporate and foundation opportunities into partnerships and income
- Maintain pipeline tools, dashboards, templates and forecasting guidance
- Coach fundraisers and offices on prospects, proposals, CRM and account planning
- Oversee due diligence, reporting and management analysis of pipeline performance
- Manage the Partnerships and Pipeline Unit, workplans, budgets and resources
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in fundraising, philanthropy, nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, communications, international relations, development studies, public administration, international development finance, social sciences, management or a related field with seven years of relevant experience, or a university degree with nine years
- At least seven years of relevant private-sector partnership building and fundraising experience
- Experience leading fundraisers, donor portfolios and fundraising pipelines
- Fluency in English

- Working knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish
