Job Description
Provides trusted executive, administrative and operational support to the UNICEF Private Fund Raising and Partnerships Director. The role manages a demanding agenda, missions, correspondence, briefings and priority follow-up, while coordinating across the division and with stakeholders to keep the Director’s Office responsive, well organised and effective in delivering timely executive support.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s demanding agenda, missions, correspondence and briefings
- Coordinate priority follow-up for the Director’s Office
- Provide executive, administrative and operational support to the PFP Director
- Liaise across PFP and with key stakeholders to support responsive office operations
- Support budget monitoring and procurement activities
- Organise high-level meetings, events, missions and engagements
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least six years of progressively responsible experience in executive support, office administration, management, administration or operational support
- Experience directly supporting senior executives with complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning and office administration
- Experience organising high-level meetings, events, missions and engagements
- Experience preparing correspondence, briefing materials, presentations and meeting records
- Proficiency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with ERP or VISION systems and advanced office technology platforms
- Experience within UNICEF, the United Nations system or another international organisation
- Knowledge of fundraising, partnerships, humanitarian or development environments
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
